HYDRO 2024 will bring together hydrographic professionals from around the globe, including experts from authorities, industry, service providers and research institutions, to discuss the latest advances in hydrography and its impact on marine surveying, navigation, maritime safety, environmental protection, and sustainable development.

The conference program will feature sessions dealing with recent technological advances, arising hydrographic topics, technical and scientific sessions, keynote presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities, covering a wide range of hydrographic topics. The call is open for abstracts on any hydrographic topic including but not limited to

We would like to encourage graduates and young professionals to present their theses on a hydrographic topic. The best student presentation will be awarded.

 

Author instructions

You will receive notification of acceptance by 1st July 2024.

In addition, we offer to publish a corresponding conference paper (typically 2000-3000 words) in the Journal of Applied Hydrography (Hydrographische Nachrichten). If you wish to publish a conference paper, the final version has to be submitted by 15th September 2024 to be printed and made available at HYDRO 2024.

If you are interested in publishing a peer-reviewed article, please consider submitting your work to The International Hydrographic Review by 31st January 2025.
